We (Andreas & Gabriele Wiegand)act under the term "agents" for apartments on Mauritius. We are not tour operators and our occupation is exclusively restricted to negotiating the accommodations. From the owner/manager of the accommodation you get the confirmation of reservation or rather the tenancy. We will execute the negotiation properly and carefully. You have to book the flights yourself and we cannot assume any liability for the negotiation of flights and offers. Here the regulations of the flight supplier applies.
We cannot assume any liabiliy for the services of the owner/manager.
The customer has to exclusively turn to the owner/manager. If there should be any differences in situ we will be there and try to help you.
The taking out of a travel insurance, in paricular a travel cancellation insurance, is recommended and emphasized specifically.
Security for all personally indentifiable information is extremely important to us. We store your personal information securely. We will only use your personal particulars to pass them on to the responsible person carrying out your reservation.
We commit ouselves not to pass on your personal information to a third party or misuse them.
